Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to our US customers on orders over $75. Please note that this policy only applies to customers located in the United States.

Shipping Days and Time

We do not ship on weekdays, and we allow shipping to take five to seven business days. We use reliable shipping carriers, and we allow the carriers two days to provide updated tracking information.

 Insurance and Signature

Orders over $500 are insured, and a signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safety and security of your package.

 Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on product availability and how our pieces are made. We will keep you updated on any changes to your order status.

 International Shipping

We offer international shipping for all our items. However, please note that there may be taxes, custom duties, or import fees charged by the recipient's country. You are responsible for paying any import fees and the cost of returning the package to Lombardo Atelier if you refuse a shipment. The amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Shipping in One Package

Orders will be shipped in one package, regardless of how many pieces you order. If you prefer separate boxes, please make a note.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide our customers with quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and exchange policies carefully.

Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged as they are specifically made for you. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or error, please contact us immediately at info@lombardoatelier.com. We will review the issue and make arrangements to correct the problem.

Gold pieces may only be exchanged or receive store credit. We do not offer refunds for gold items.

To return your order, you must request return within 7 days of receiving your package, after that we only accept exchanges or store credits. To ensure that we ask that it is returned in its original packaging to protect it during transit back to our offices. Our team must approve any returns or exchanges. Please use the label within 10 days that we provide for you to ensure the safety of your jewelry and returns. We reserve the right to reject returned or exchanged items if they appear altered or show wear in any way. Restocking fees may apply. 

Sale items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

 

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact our team at info@lombardoatelier.com, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that shipping is two-way for international orders. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Gift Exchanges

You can exchange a gift for store credit equal to the amount you received. Please contact us at info@lombardoatelier.com for instructions on how to proceed.

Each exchange or return will be checked for quality. We reserve the right to reject returned or exchanged items if they appear altered or show wear in any way. Restocking fees may apply.
