Repairs
We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers.
In the first 150 days following the date of delivery, all orders purchased from Lombardo Atelier are eligible for free repairs and replating. If any issues arise with your jewelry during this time, please contact us at info@lombardoatelier.com to begin the repair process.
After 150 days, repairs will be charged a repair and shipping fee. Prices may vary based on the style of the repair needed. Our team will provide you with a quote before beginning any repair work.
It should be noted that Lombardo Atelier is not responsible for repairs performed by another jeweler, and all warranties associated with the pieces will be nullified. We highly recommend having any repairs done by our experienced team to ensure the quality and longevity of your jewelry.
If we suspect any of our products are intentionally damaged or misused, we will refuse to replace them. We reserve the right to determine if damage was caused by normal wear and tear or if it was caused by misuse.
